Windows desktop Excel required. This download contains source and a Windows builder, not a precompiled add-in or installer.

First-time Excel setup
  1. Download the build kit, extract the ZIP into a permanent folder, and close Excel.
  2. Run BUILD_SUITE.cmd. Building requires desktop Excel and temporary access to its VBA project object model. Follow README.txt and restore that security setting afterwards.
  3. In Excel, choose File → Options → Add-ins → Manage: Excel Add-ins → Go → Browse. Select dist/ICC_Decision_Suite_VS11.xlam. Keep suite_assets beside it.
  4. Open one example below, read its Start sheet, then use the Decision Suite ribbon. Follow your organisation’s macro policy.

DecisionTree, Sensitivity, StatLab and EvoOpt are VBA pilots. RiskSim additionally needs the existing compatible RiskSim XLL, which is not included here. RiskOpt, NeuralLab and AI Assist remain planned.
